We are holding the annual Wimbledon ballot on Tuesday 9th
April at 7.30pm at Oaks Clubhouse. Members who are unable to attend can ask someone
else to represent you on the night.
In order to take part in the ballot you will need to be a paid up Member of the club for 2013-14 and a Member
of British Tennis. The link between you and the club must be recorded on your BTM profile
in order for you to appear on your club's eligible BTM list by close of
business on the last business day prior to the running of the ballot. Adult and Junior affiliate BTMs are eligible to enter the
ballot but child BTMs (8 and under) are not permitted to enter.
If you are successful you will be emailed confirmation and then you
have 15 days in which to pay.
Our ticket allocations are as follows -
Wed 26th June - 1 pair for court 1
Fri 28th June - 1 pair for court 2
Tues 2nd July - 1 pair for centre court
Sun 7th July - 1 pair for centre court
Sun 7th July - 1 pair for court 1
We will put all interested names in a hat and first name
drawn can choose which day they want, and so on until all 5 pairs of tickets
have been allocated. Members from the same family can all go in the draw if
they are all members but only one pair of tickets can be won per family.
